My Favorite Hikes In Colorado!

In 2021, a few friends and I took a road trip around Colorado. We flew from Chicago (where I lived at the time) into Denver and rented a car. We stayed one night in Denver in an Airbnb and spent our other 4 nights on the go, camping.

It was my first time camping! On this trip, I learned that I’m not much of a camping girl (clamping is more my speed) but it was an experience I’ll never forget.

The highlight of this road trip was stopping at different parks along the way. We all love to hike so this was a great opportunity to see what Colorado hiking had to offer! These are my favorite hiking locations I’ve done to date!

The 1st one we went to was in Boulder, called Boulder Mountain Park. It was a medium-difficulty hike. The 2nd was called Red Rock Canyon. This one was very easy — mostly a slightly inclined walk.

And my all time favorite was Blue Lakes Trail. It was STUNNING. The difficulty level was tough but the views were worth it!
