a day in the life!! 🫧esthetician school🫧

goooodmorning!! i woke up so tired today (i hate mondays) but i had a feeling today was going to be a great day🤍 🥳

⭐️kicked off the day with some note taking for my very first unit: healthy body & mind! as an esthetician, it’s so important to keep yourself a priority - your energy transfers to your client!!

⭐️to go along with todays lesson, our class took a mindfulness walk along the river that runs right beside campus. so refreshing to get outside and away from the fluorescents.

⭐️i took a super fun lunch with my bffs before getting some more outside time before class! we stopped by the community garden on campus to check out all the flowers and veggies growing :)

⭐️to end the day, we completed a study guide covering the entirety of unit one! woohoo!!!!
