Today was my meal prep day! I always start out the morning by going grocery shopping and then I come home and spend the rest of the afternoon prepping my food for the week!

I usually only eat twice a day that’s why there’s only three options. I usually have breakfast around 11 AM and then I eat dinner around 6 PM.

This week I decided to try out making breakfast burritos, which is something I’ve never done. These breakfast burritos came out to just under 500 cal and almost 40 g of protein. They have ground turkey, potatoes, bell peppers, onion, and egg whites with spinach!

For my dinners this week I did two different different options. I’ve liked being able to switch back-and-forth better than eating the same thing for dinner every single night. So this week I made a buffalo salmon, rice bowl, with zucchini and squash from my garden and some crispy brussels sprouts. This came out to right at 60g of protein and it’s actually really good. I love buffalo sauce on my salmon!

I also made a Greek flavored chicken and I put that over some protein pasta that I added a little bit of Parmesan and Romano cheese too as well as some spinach! This came out to 70g of protein! Which should keep me full for the rest of the night.
