We exchanged 54000 miles for a one way biz class flight from Osaka KIX to Singapore in Sep 2024

Our first business class.

😀The seats are spacious

😀Huge screen and big earphones

😀Service is superb (thanks the crew)

😀Too much drinks and food, throughout your flight

😀When we asked for amenities kit and stuffed bears, the crew was super to give us those

😀Can switch your “smelly” shoes for slippers- super shiok on flight.

😀Lie down flat for couple of hours

🤢The food can be better? I think only the chicken satay was nice Haha

🤢The seat belt was quite irritating, esp cross body kind, it like cuts at our necks. Quite uncomfortable throughout the flight

🤢Below 6 hrs flight no amenities kit, but you can ask for it!

Some special stuff:

1) at KIX, we got the fast pass security clearance, indeed cleared security pretty fast but dont think got any use and not applicable for immigration

2) They offered either $20 spending at the duty free or JAL sakura lounge, we chose the lounge. Lounge was pretty ok for relaxing before the flight. Some food are pretty nice and includes the drinks. But nothing to shout out. Simple food and simple lounge.

3) Osaka KIX is drastically different from Haneda, dont have much shops, combini etc. So lounge came in handy.

All in all thank God for the good flight!
