The Best Wagyu? Hida A5🇯🇵

First I must say that we tried the most affordable A5 wagyu. We spent maybe around 16700 yen for quite alot of meat. All A5 except the wagyu heart.

Hida beef is similar to Kobe beef.

I have not tried Kobe beef before hence cant comment, but the marbling is just so pretty and seriously melt in your mouth for all the cuts they gave us.

We tried it in Takayama where it is famous for Hida beef. And we went to Hidagyu Maruaki

Note, you need to queue(put your name down)

Turn over was quite fast, maybe 20 mins for our table.

Go try! it is a must.

There is nothing much in Takayama but just the beef in our opinion.
