movement = medicine !!! why I love it all

I had so much fun looking back through my camera roll to putting this collage together. It honestly just makes me feel so proud of myself for maintaining a healthy lifestyle that priorities movement however I can get it.

my day to day life changes a lot. I own a few businesses, travel very often for work and pleasure, and get bored really easily. so for me, changing up my workouts often is fun, engaging and keeps me motivated.

I love that different sports offer such different benefits that contribute to making us more well-rounded. in my opinion, there’s no way best way of movement - except the way that you enjoy because in the long run that’s what’s going to keep you active!

over the years, I am getting better at listening to my body and knowing that it needs different things on different days (and that’s okay!)
