breaks and break ups: going “no contact”

I’ve been seeing more and more content on socials about people having a “no contact” boundary with their previous partner.

regardless of why a relationship ended, it’s going to be hard - physically, emotionally, spiritually. the security and comfort that relationships bring, make it really challenging to regain independence and confidence in yourself.
