$5 (or less) luxuries to elevate your home

I own a secondhand shop so that tells you that I am all about finding (1) ways to furnish my home and closet on a budget (2) finding unique things that have a story (3) are a more sustainable option (4) often even more well made as a lot of vintage goods were made to last which is much different from many mass produced goods today.

I HAVE to have to be in a beautiful space in order to create, learn, grow, cook and work on myself. maybe it’s being a libra. maybe it’s being a basic white girl idk lol. but having an aesthetic, cozy and welcoming home allows me to thrive in all the other areas of my life.

even though my apartment is cute on its own, it’s a very basic apartment. white walls. wood floors. old windows. she has PLENTY of flaws and quirks that you don’t see because of how I’ve decorated around them. I am a big proponent of paint, some thrifted goods and natural items (even a single flower stem) going a long way.
