Mature Skin Makeup Tips 💡

My #1 tip when working with mature skin…. you have to know how to make everything glow and feel/ look hydrated.

• I start with glowy skin prep/ primer products like the Tatcha Dew Cream and SAIE beauty super glow gel. The moisturizer goes on first, followed by the glowy primer gel.

• Stay away from powder makeup products!! Go for cream products. A cream blush, bronzer, contour. I also use a hydrating concealer and use airbrush makeup for the foundation as it doesn’t settle into wrinkles and fine lines.

• No matter what the undertone is of the skin, warm and neutral colors always seem to look best on mature skin because it helps bring back warmth and life into the skin. As we age we start to lose color- so going in with cool tones (gray based) is not going to make the skin appear brighter.
