My favorite corner in our San Francisco apartment

I love this room so much!

The rug is from my husband’s parents; they got it decades ago and it fits perfectly in our space.

I have so many plants that I loooove….and sometimes taking care of them is so freaking hard. I get discouraged but thankfully my hubby helps me water them and re-plant them when I feel overwhelmed.

My bookshelf is full of books that I can’t seem to get rid of but I won’t read again so it feels like dead space and then I have dozens of books piled up in my bedroom! We got married in October (yay!) and I still have boxes of stuff from that day that I don’t have the motivation to go through.

We get amazing light in our SoMa apartment. We moved here from the beach a little over two years ago and moving away from there and into the heart of the city was a transition but the light and windows and space are pure gold.

I’m liking that I can share my thoughts and “aesthetic” on here without feeling like a poser or like I’m doing it wrong. Would love to see the favorite rooms and nooks of your homes, too!
