Must try! Taco Stuffed Peppers

This is another budget friendly meal favorite! You can always alter it anyway for your liking. It feeds many and as always delicious. Perfect for family dinners. All you need is:

1lb ground beef

Taco seasoning

Onions

Green chilis

Green peppers

Cheddar cheese

Rice

Lime tortilla chips

Cheese dip

Cook your ground beef until done. Add in the onion until soft. Add in your chilis and taco seasoning. Boil your peppers for 15min or until tender. Make sure to take the core out do your peppers. Make your rice. Stuff the peppers with your filling. Top with cheese. Bake on 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with cheese dip and lime tortilla chips. Enjoy!
