I cook on 350 for about 20min In the airfryer. I mix them up every 5 min. My little hack is using the vegetable chopper I posted in one of the pictures. It comes with the perfect attachment to make chips. It is way easier than slicing them the normal way. After chopped, I put the potatoes in a water bath for around 20min. I strain them and then season them with paprika, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder, and vegetable oil. @Lemon8 Food let me know what your favorite chip is in the comments!
