Keto friendly Starbucks order!

If you’re like me, when I first began the keto lifestyle, one of the things I missed most was my coffee order. I had to figure out a way to be able to still treat myself, guilt free. At first, I was trying the americano’s with coconut milk — not for me 😝. Caramel macchiato’s are my JAM, SK when the app came out (or I downloaded it) I realized I could place with the CUSTOMIZATION features! That’s when I realized I could make my favorite drink fit back into my lifestyle! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The joy I felt! 🤍

Basically:

1. I just replace the vanilla syrup pumps with Sugar Free (SF) vanilla syrup

2. I sub coconut milk (you could also do almond, I just like 🥥 because it’s naturally sweeter) for the regular 2% milk

3. I do a light caramel drizzle instead of a regular drizzle.

— I used to do no drizzle and figured if a little caramel drizzle spiked my insulin levels, I have a problem 😂. So I’ve been getting the LIGHT caramel drizzle when I do get my coffee away from home, and everything has been fine!
