Breast milk VS Formula

Where are all my mommas at💕

I don’t know about you, but this was one of the hardest decisions for me.

I started off with exclusively pumping breast milk. Everything was going great, until it got exhausting. I had to pump every 2-3 hours to keep my supply and provide enough milk for my baby. (He’s eating 5oz every 3-4 hours!)

I would miss out on so many moments and opportunities all due to having to pump. Not to mention the lack of sleep!

After many tears, I decided it was best for myself and my family to switch to formula.

I was so worried about the transition for my baby and felt so guilting that I was letting him down as a mom.

But I am here to tell you that there is NOTHING wrong with whichever decision you make on how to feed your baby. Fed is best❤️

Us moms have enough pressure in raising a little one.

So whether you are breast feeding or using formula remember, you are doing AMAZING momma⭐️
