Tofu stir fry- Cook with me

This is the meal that I make when I don’t want to spend a bunch of money on meat! Super easy but you have to trial and error the sauce to your own liking and based on what you have. For example, any spicy Asian sauce, any soy sauce, any vinegar, and anything sweet like honey or sugar will make a decent sauce!

Ingredients:

salt, pepper, paprika, garlic

Oil (any, olive oil or sesame work well)

Tofu

Broccoli

white rice

Sauce ingredients:

Soy sauce

Sriracha

Rice vinegar

Honey

Dijon

(Forgot to picture sesame oil if you have it, great in this sauce!)
