Smash burger (445 cals, 21C, 22F, 50P)
keto hamburger bun
Light Mayo
Fat free cheese slice
Lean ground beef (3oz Patties)
Tomato, lettuce, onion
Sriracha Mayo
Put ground beef into a bowl with diced onions, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and butter steakhouse (kinders) and mix thoroughly
Shape into meat balls of your liking and warm a grill or pan med-high heat
Place the ball on the grill and press down with spatula into your desired patty size
Get a good crisp on the bottom then flip
After cooking, add cheese slices and stack pattys.
To the FLAT SIDE of your burger buns add Mayo and place on grill or pan flat down to crisp
Add your burger Patties to the rounded side of the bun with all other toppings, and enjoy!
