Reception isn’t always great, what’s bad about it?

Unfortunately since it’s a car dealership people do get angry sometimes if they dislike something about their vehicle or if they have a high payment (which i understand). Something else about dealerships is that it can be very slow or very busy and often times those extra customers can change the day very quick when you’re trying to get people where they need to be. I don’t live super close to the dealership I work at so my average commute is between 35-45 minutes depending on traffic.
