Called “little Europe” by locals in the city, Old Montreal was one of the favorite spots to visit!!
Here are some spots I recommend check out 🧳🇨🇦
1. Montreal Museum of Archaeology and History Underground Tunnels:
Accessed through the Montreal's Pointe-à-Callière Museum, guests can make their way beneath Place d'Youville until reaching the old remains of the Ville-Marie Fort.
2. The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts
This museum is considered the largest in the city and contains some of the most renowned art in the world. From works from Picasso to famous sculptures, this museum was one of my favorite the entire trip.
3. Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal
One of the most visited sites in Montreal, the Notre-Dame Basilique is one of the most beautiful gothic architecture I’ve ever seen. The entire surrounding square is also full of life. I could spend hours just sitting and looking at the beautiful architecture.
4. Old Montreal Streets
I highly recommend walking by the old historic streets in Montreal. With cobblestones details, the streets contain shops, restaurants, and bars with beautiful views.
While walking on Old Montreal, we found this super cute shoe and clothing store called Felix. The owners were super friendly and nice, and the shoes were unique and comfortable! Highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance
Let me know your favorite spots in Montreal! 🧳✈️🖤
