1st day at the gym

I started the gym around 2022 with my mom, started taking it seriously around 1 year ago. My journey through working out had its ups and downs times where I didn’t wanna continue and give up.My mom pushed me to where I am today and I am forever thankful.

I wanted to share with you guys how important it is to stick to the gym and grow a love towards it. Not only can it make you look better but it can also make you feel better about yourself from inside and out.

Back in 2022 I thought changing my body was gonna be a struggle, and it truly was really hard for me to stay consistent I was also distracted hanging out with friends or avoiding actually going to the gym for along time. My mom pushed me and pushed me to go and slowly I started to gain a love for it.

Where I’m going with this is if you guys are holding off the gym, Go it’s worth it don’t stop.
