Today I wanna share with you the brunch recipe that I tried during the weekend, super easy, healthy and delicious!
Ingredients
🍞 2 slices of whole wheat toast
🍌 half banana
🥚 1 egg
🥛 50ml no sugar yogurt
Steps
1. Cut the sides of the bread. (but don't throw it ya! you can fry it to be crispy toast and then add it to your salad😎)
2. Cut half banana into small pieces and then add 50ml yogurt to it.
3. Make a hollow in the center of the toast by using spoon and then put banana & yogurt onto it.
4. Break the egg and make it into egg liquid.
5. Immerse the toast into egg liquid.
6. Fry the toast and ta-da!
