Cafe Salmagundi is my go-to restaurant for high-quality Korean dining experience. From their satisfying sweet potato fries to their crispy Korean fried chicken and grilled shishito peppers, every dish is crafted for maximum yummy-ness. Uni bowl - this is a new one, served in a large bowl that's like a mortar which feels extra fancy. Here you can really eat the rainbow with colors coming from wasabi, kimchi, shallots, seaweed, onions and of course the star of the show uni! The bottom is rice so mix the ingredients to enjoy.

Double Fried Chicken Wings - this is a staple appetizer, it comes with a set of six wings that will knock on your socks off on how crispy it is. You can choose from three sauces, but I always go with the signature sauce which is slightly sweet yet savory.

Can't rave about this place enough!
