Indoor Plant for Beginners Part 2

Hello everyone!

Previously I talked about Pothos. This time I want to introduce to you guys to my top favourite indoor plants that is very beautiful and easy to care for:

Monstera Adansonii or Swiss Cheese Plant.

Monstera Adansonii is one of Monstera family members. Usually you can find it at your typical neighbourhood nursery at quite cheap price. Once you buy it, it is up to you to repot it but if you would like to, Monstera Adansonii prefers peat-based potting mix.

Monstera Adansonii is a light-needing plant, but it is best if the light is bright and indirect. Do not let it exposed to direct sun as it can burn the leaves.

Monstera Adansonii likes to be consistently moist, but be careful not to let it soaked. You can just water it once a week or if needed, put your finger in the soil about an inch deep and if it’s dry, you can water it.

Monstera Adansonii is a really beautiful indoor plant, but be extra careful if you have pets as the Monstera can be toxic to them.
