Hi gang!
Another day, another art gallery trip, another outfit!
Do you guys know that Balai Seni Negara has reopened? The gallery is finally open after almost 2 years due to the pandemic. By far, this is the best art gallery. It was a different experience compared to other art galleries that I have been to in KL. I thought I would spend just 30 minutes in the gallery but nope, I was wrong 😂 I was there for 2 hours ++ The building was huge with few levels of arts space. The space presented a lot of unique arts and drawings.
I’m here for artsy picks! “Artsy” seems vague, everyone has a different interpretation of it as there are basically no rules in this style. Can you dress simple yet effortlessly artsy? Absolutely!
#Tips 1 - Minimalist
As usual, I prefer to wear a pretty simple and minimalist outfit to visit art galleries simply to appreciate the arts while looking aesthetic for my photos!
#Tips 2 - Colour
I stick to my basic comfortable neutrals. Blue and white outfit is a good combo to give a soft and toned down look. White flare pants are my go to piece and I teamed them with a blue cotton blouse and white shawl.
#Tips 3 - Comfortable
Another key thing to be artsy is your footwear. A pair of comfortable shoes are also my priority. I want to appreciate the art and not be distracted by feet that hurt 😂
#Tip 4 - Accessories
In all seriousness, I will urge you to dress up your outfit with a shade on your head cause it always adds an exquisite character to the outfit! I also matched the outfit with black handbag but honestly, I think it would look 100x nicer with white handbag to fit well with the colour schemes 😬
Hope it helps. Follow me on Lemon8 for more outfit ideas and tips! 🤭🫶🏻
