REVIEW: MASON CANGGU

Back again with another review!

This time I went to Mason in Canggu, and I loved the place right away!! The classic interior on the inside made it super comfortable yet still very pretty <3

Food was amazing!!!! The charcoal chicken was packed with flavor, potato puree hit the spot and the tuna carpaccio was super fresh 🧑‍🍳🤌🏽💋 I didn’t try the Best End Pork Loin but my friend said it was delicious as well! I also got the hummus with pita bread (not in the picture) but it was creamy and rich just how i like it 🫶🏼

THE DESSERT WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE WHOLE FEAST FR pavlova was scrumptious! What makes a good pavlova is that it has to be the perfect amount of crisp and chewy on the inside - also the balance of cream and fruit and Mason did not come to play!!! BUT. What got me GASPING was the BREAD PUDDING. I’m not big on desserts but when I taste a good one I’ll be thinking about it for weeks. And that bread pudding was heavenly and comforting in a way?? IT tasted like home fr 😭❤️❤️❤️ i can’t get over it

All in all I give it an 8.5/10!! Ambience is elegant, rustic & homey 🌿 Would definitly be coming back for more of that bread pudding!!!!
