Recipe:
Ingredients:
50g Old fashion rolled oats
1 banana
100ml Vanilla almond milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
40g Ryse skippy peanut butter protein powder
10g Agave or honey
10g Dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
~ In a microwave safe container, mash the banana into the oats. Mix in almond milk and vanilla extract and put in the microwave for 1 minute
~ Add in the protein powder and mix until fully incorporated. Put back in the microwave for another 45 seconds to a minute
~ Top with the agave and dark chocolate chips and enjoy!!
