Skincare Tips That Cleared My Acne 🫧

A few years ago, my skin was in the WORST state it has ever been due to constant stress and crazy hormones. I was incredibly insecure of my acne and always felt the need to put on makeup or wear a beauty filter in pictures. If you relate to my story, just know that you are NOT alone. I want to be here for you every step of the way, whether that’s lending an ear or giving the BEST skincare tips I know. I promise the journey is worth it.

👩🏻Skin Type: I have combination skin, with my T-zone being the most oily! Everything other than that is pretty dry.

😖Skin problems: Bumpy texture, hormonal acne, blackheads, acne scars, etc.

🌟Products I recommend: Any cleanser, light therapy devices, and/or sunscreen will do! However, my absolute FAVORITE products that I’ve been loving right now from each category are 1️⃣ The Ordinary’s Glucoside Foaming Cleanser 2️⃣ Solawave’s 4-in-1 Radiant Renewal Skincare Wand and Bye Acne: 3-Minute Pimple Spot Treatment and 3️⃣ Trader Joe’s Daily Facial Sunscreen (SPF 40).

🗣Tips: Double cleansing has definitely changed the game for me, and I noticed not many people do it. Not only does it help to thoroughly clean my pores, it ALSO gets rid of blackheads. The light therapy devices are beyond amazing as well since they truly make a difference in reducing those pesky, hard-to-get pimples. Lastly, and the MOST important step, sunscreen. None of your other skincare products will work UNLESS you are protecting your skin from those harmful rays.
