Healthy Peanut Butter Granola Bars. They’re so tasty and make the best meal prep snack.

What you’ll need:

1 cup runny natural peanut butter (I used chunky PB)

2/3 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/3 cup chocolate chips

3 Tbsp of hemp seed

Combine wet ingredients and mix in a medium size bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Press mixture into a parchment lined pan and flatten the mixture down. Put in the fridge for at least an hour before slicing into bars.

Enjoy for an easy snack throughout the week!
