Eczema!!! Tips from an 80% body coverage case

Weirdly I’ve seen this topic be made fun of a lot, I was nervous to make a post about this but I’ve been wanting to share my results and story for so long, and I thought my tips and journey could help someone else, so I bit the bullet. I’ve had an autoimmune disease since I was born, I’m an extremely sickly person, and eczema played a massive part in that. When I moved to college it got so so much worse. I could barely even shower without being in extreme pain. I was constantly crying from pain and embarrassment, I wanted to cover up. My friend told me it was unique and that it was like “strawberry cow” makeup, which made me feel more confident in it. Yes, it sucked, it was painful, but I had a disease that was so difficult to heal, why should I be embarrassed? Steroids and creams were no longer helping, so I did my own research and healed my skin almost 100% in a year and a half. Here’s how I did it. #eczema #eczemawareness
