This is my third day on bee pollen

I’ve noticed an increase of energy.

Haven’t noticed anything about my 🍒’s yet.

My allergies aren’t as bad anymore.

My stomach pain is getting better, I don’t feel like I’m bloating like a balloon 🎈😂.

What I make with my bee pollen

I usually put yogurt, blueberries, crumble up a Ghirardelli dark chocolate and bananas.

Or you can just eat it by itself, it tastes pretty good by itself lol
