College Tips: from a freshman psych major :)

hey everyone! stoppin by to say im so proud of you for all you do everyday even just for breathing (take a few deep breathes while youre reading this!). college is STRESSFUL!!! i have been a freshman at the university of cincinnati for only 2ish weeks now, and even though us psych students don't have a heck of a lot like you health fields do, everyone is going to feel deeply about the whole process. check on your friends and especially those you call your family! ive learned so much already, all you have to do is reach out and interact. have fun & be safe 💙
