FREE online birthing courses

I know a lot of people that say birthing classes are a waste of time, and the ones at the hospital usual are. They just explain more on how to be a good patient. But there’s some other GREAT resources for moms out there for labor and delivery.

These highly recommended free courses are a great place to start if you’re looking for something that doesn’t cost $300+ and isn’t like the hospitals free class.
