Here’s my top sleep tips summarized for the newborn stage!!

⭐️ follow wake windows. newborns shouldn’t be up for more than an hour at a time

⭐️ encourage independent sleep

⭐️ ambiance plays a huge roll. Keep it dark when it’s night time and keep the lights on and bright during the day

⭐️ find a swaddle your baby likes

⭐️ set a routine for bedtime & middle of the night

⭐️ use a noise machine

⭐️ follow temperature guidelines - make sure it’s not too hot or too cold & dress accordingly

⭐️ stay calm or walk away because your baby can sense if you’re frustrated or upset
