getting induced? here’s what to expect!

I was induced with both my babies and it was a smooth process both times. I’m not saying that’s always the case, but if you’re stressed about getting induced it sometimes help to hear positive experiences! Here’s what to expect during induction:

— even though you have set a date and time, it’s common for this to get moved around.

— it’s not always a quick process. Induction can go super fast, but it can also take days before you’re in active labor.

— the pitocin (medicine used to induce labor) causes stronger contractions

— your doctor might have to break your water. this is painful!
