heavy work for little kids

heavy work is essential for little kids. It regulate a child's sensory system in order to better process emotions and behaviors. especially for high energy kids like mine. My 4 year old is constantly bouncing off the walls if he doesn’t have heavy work to do. It also helps with sensory regulation if your kids have sensory issues!

Heavy work is any action that pulls or pushes against the body, like army crawling, picking things up and moving them somewhere, etc.

Heavy work is also a great thing to do before bed as it lets out energy and regulates them for bedtime.
