active-based YouTube channel for kids!

this YouTube channel has been a lifesaver some days. It’s called kiboomers and it has tons of different active-based videos.

It has yoga, which is calming for my son.

It has dances, exercises, and games this is such a good activity when littles need to get their energy out! My sons favorite is “the floor is lava” as well as going on a bear hunt and he pretends he’s going on a bear hunt too along with it!

If you know your little ones have energy to blow off before bed, this is perfect! We will do a couple of the games/dances/exercises before bed following one of the more calming yoga videos!
