spanking is lazy parenting! Here’s why

Spanking has never been an option in our house and here’s why.

It’s lazy parenting!! It doesn’t teach morals. Kids aren’t going to sit and think about what they did wrong after they got spanked. They are going to sit and think about how scared/hurt/mad they are for being spanked.

It’s inhumane. Would you hit someone else to get what you want? If the answer is no, don’t do it to your young kids.

Spanking instills fear in your child, making them fear you instead of respect you. It’s a temporary fix that won’t actually fix the problem at hand.
