first time moms, soon to be moms, anxious moms, listen up!

You do NOT need to stress about whether or not your baby is meeting certain milestones at a certain age.

WHY NOT?! Because every baby is different! If your baby isn’t immediately sitting up or crawling at 6 months, that’s OK! They will eventually! Those are just average guidelines and every baby does things at their own pace.

I’ve seen sooo many parents stress about how their baby isn’t walking at 1 year yet. And then a couple months later their baby has fully started walking on their own!

Obviously this is within reason, but you can definitely give or take a few months in each milestone “age guideline”!
