Since everyone likes my grandma’s book of recipe clippings, here are some of her recipe cards. This book contains a collection of her recipes and those shared with her by friends and family. Some of the people mentioned in this book have passed away and others are still around. I have so many more recipes like these to share.

My grandma is Olga Palacios Rutledge. She is the oldest of 6 sibling whose names all begin with the letter O. She is a social butterfly and makes friends everywhere she goes. So I know she would want y’all to see her recipes. She grew up in a time where speaking her native language of Spanish was risky, but she continued to speak Spanish anyway. She was on the high school drill team and student council President. She was a working mom and took care of her mother. I love her.
