Good Morning Ladies! This is my updated workout routine since I am now pregnant! If you are not pregnant, feel free to follow my non pregnancy workout routine for a toned body that is posted earlier on my page. As for my pregnant mamas, here is a pregnancy safe workout routine.
Remember, this is not a routine to make you lose weight or get a super toned body. You are in fact pregnant and need to take it easy on your body and baby. These workouts are easygoing ( as supposed to) and will help strengthen your core and legs/ glutes to hopefully help you carry all the weight you will be holding throughout your pregnancy.
Also, i did ask my doctor if I could continue to use the 5k training plan for running and my doctor said that was fine and had no issue with it. However, trust your body if you need a break from running or if you get too tired. If you feel uncomfortable with the running then just clear it with your doctor first🤍
