Rotel dip +carne picada tacos 🌮

INGREDIENTS: ROTEL DIP 🫑🌶️🧀

•2 Ibs of ground beef

2 cans of Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chiles)

•1 block of velveeta cheese

•1 block of cream cheese

•taco seasoning

•shredded cheese

I used 2Ibs of ground beef w 1/2 diced onion 🧅 ,and added seasoning + taco seasoning . Then cooked the meat until brown.

second: I added the ground beef, 2 cans of Rotel ORIGINAL diced tomatoes & green chilies together.

Third: I diced up my velveeta cheese, and cream cheese, then assembled it on the right side.

Forth: add my shredded cheese and let it simmer for 30 min (crock pot style)

INGREDIENTS:CARNE PICADO (tacos🌮)

1 pack of carne picado

•2 packs of carne asada seasoning mix

•1/2 diced onion 🧅

Add 1 pack of carne picado, 1/2 diced onion , and carne asada seasoning to the pot and mix until meat is brown 🌯. Serve with any toppings you like🥰 .
