💕Another week, Another Meal Prep 💕

As a busy college student, I try to prep my breakfast and lunches at the beginning of every week so that I can focus on being the best student teacher I can for my 28 little shining stars. 🌟The best tip that I’ve learned over the past few years of prioritizing high protein and low calorie meals is to make sure that eating healthy is as easy as possible. This makes it much harder to give up. 😉

Tip of the week: Mix up a couple meals with different options or different lunch boxes to prevent from losing motivation. 🥳
