- start a workout routine 🏋️

Having a glowup mentally and physically or too different things this is apart of you physical glow up starting a exercise routine if you don’t already have I promise WILL change your life not just in how you feel but how you act and it’s easier to rest at night as your body is tired … there is many workouts on YouTube or TikTok and on lemon8 to follow that are just as good as going to the actual gym

- hydrate 💧

Water is SO important it keeps you going drinking water with make life so much easier but it is also not good to drink to much I suggest figuring out your water intake base in your weight than sticking to 20 less ounces than what I’d suggest because food also has water which counts ! I’ve seen my skin clear up my tummy get flatter because of my water intake !

- finding a new style 👚👗👖

Sometimes when we look in the mirror and don’t see what we wanna see can also be because we’re not happy with our clothing anymore and having a cute set of outfits will boost your confidence and make you so happy when your wearing what you want to wear ! There Is many affordable clothing stores with so many options !!

- hair 🎀💈

Our hair is so important to a glowup if the our hair has split ends ,over grown , and just not flattering at all getting it cut or re dyed will fix it but that also comes with maintaining it well I suggest looking for a good hair wash day routine to keep your hair the freshest

- eating healthy 🥗🥪

Eating the right things for your body does a lot of justice for you of course there’s gonna be days where you can cheat but also make sure to balance the meal and I suggest eating between the times 10 am - 8pm so your body is on a schedule have three meals a day with source of protein , grains , vegetables, and fruit !!

- healthy mindset 📖📝

If we wake up and automatically go on our phones that sets our days up for failure I suggest doing yoga or writing in a journal for the first 15 minutes of your day so your mind can wake up and set goals for yourself it good to also have little notes around in your environment to remind you of what your chasing when your ready to give up

- keeping up with hygiene

Our hygiene is very important it’s best to shower everyday , brush our teeth twice a day and , wear deodorant if you have lots of Aron’s to run it’s best to keep a little pouch for floss , mouthwash , deodorant and menstrual care

During the menstrual cycle it’s very good to shower regularly to keep your body clean !
