How to choose productivity tools and apps that work for you!

Everyone’s brain works differently, so there’s no universal answer for what you should be using. You probably have an existing system, so here’s a few steps and principles to make sure you’re using tools and apps that fit into your life.

📞 Make a list of all the digital and analog tools you use to manage things like your tasks, schedule, notes, email, bookmarks, habits, and documents.

📞 Ask yourself if anything can be parred down and if anything is not working and why.

📞 Don’t overcomplicate it! It’s so tempting to go overboard due to the amount of applications on the market, but keep your stack as simple as possible.

📞 Choose apps that are easy to use with intuitive interfaces.

📞 Regularly evaluate and adjust your tools to match your evolving goals. For me, it helps to write down everything that I want to keep track of and what tools and apps I’m using to track.
