How I Make MexicanRice

My version of mexican rice. 🇲🇽

The most important step of all is to not lift the lid when it’s simmering and after you’ve removed it from the burner. Feel free to add more seasonings to your taste and preferences. This is just how we like it in our house.

You could also add real onion and garlic in place of the powder. I use this method to cut down on time and it still taste good 😊
