My daughter is a few days away from being 14 months old and is a very adventurous eater. I’m so happy she’s not picky (at least not yet anyway). I work from home and she stays with me throughout the day so I try to either make food ahead of time that I can quickly reheat or make something that I can make fresh and fast. She is also still breastfeeding so I also nurse her a few times throughout the day. Here’s what a typical day of meals look like for her:
🥣 Breakfast: 1/2 of an Eggo chocolate chip Belgian waffle, 2 fresh strawberries and 1 kiwi, 1 chicken apple sausage link from Bettergoods, and 1 scrambled egg. Water to drink.
🥣 Lunch: 1 mini chicken quesadilla, 1/4 cup of steamed broccoli, and 1/2 of a gala apple. Apple juice to drink.
🥣 Dinner: 1 serving of Annie’s organic white cheddar Mac and cheese, 1 red bell pepper (which I helped her eat) and 3 Simply Nature sweet potato bites.
