Are you really going to heaven??

1. If you were to die today do you think you’d go to heaven? Yes? No? Maybe.

2. Why should God let you into heaven? You’re a good person? You go to church? You believe in God? Maybe you feel like you’ve never done anything wrong.

Well the truth is that we’ve all fallen short to Gods commandments.

Let’s play a short game put a finger up if you have ever one one of these things.

1. Have you ever told a lie?

2. Stolen anything? (piece of candy from your sibling, answers off of a test, etc.)

3. Disobeyed your parents and got grounded?

4. Lusted after someone? In the Bible it says that if you even look at someone with impure thoughts you have committed fornication in your heart.

5. Have you ever felt jealous of your neighbor?

Now those are just 5 of the 10 commandments and the further we go down the more and more we can see that we have fallen short because God has commanded us to keep these.

In the book of James it says if we break just one of Gods commandments we have broken all of them and therefore we are guilty and deserve hell.

Now idk about you but I’ve read what the Bible says hell is like and it’s a place of constant torture. It describes as a place where flames burn you and never consume you and worms eat you and never consume you.

I don’t want to go there and don’t want you to go there either.

Here’s some GOOD NEWS. God made a way for us to ESCAPE hell and live in heaven with him when we die and that’s through his son Jesus Christ.

Jesus was born human lived 33 sinless years and died on the cross for all of humanities sins.

Yes even you.

Even with everything you’ve ever done.

The even better news is Jesus didn’t stay in the grave he rose from the dead and is coming back soon!

I really want to see you in heaven because I love you! And you might ask me Alexas, um you don’t know me. That doesn’t matter Jesus does. And Jesus loves you.

And let me tell you if you were the only person in the entire world to turn to him and repent for your sins and accept him into your heart he still would have died for you.

The Bible says that if we believe in our hearts and confess with our mouths that Jesus Christ is Lord that we will be saved!!!

So if you want to spend eternity with Jesus say this prayer out-loud with me. Yes out loud confess with your mouth!!!

“I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God. I believe he rose from the dead. And I confess him as my Lord and savior. God I coffee before you all the sins I’ve ever committed, im sorry for messing up Lord. And I ask you to forgive me. Help me not to mess up and show me how to be more like you Lord. Now im saved. I’ve chosen life. And im heaven bound”

“AMEN!”

Now one day you’re going to die and Jesus is going to ask you why you should you into heaven and you’re going to say “because I confessed with my mouth that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior with Alexas Wagner.” And Jesus is gonna say “that’s right now come on it!”
