Local Lime restaurant review

Local Lime is a Tex- Mex restaurant, known for their tacos and margaritas. They currently have 2 locations open, Rogers, Arkansas and Little Rock, Arkansas.

Happy hour is every Monday through Wednesday from 3pm to 6pm.

I am not much of a drinker, so I’ve never ordered a drink for myself but I’ve heard from multiple people that they have really good drinks!

My friends and I pretty much always end up having dinner at this spot. It is just so yummy and the restaurant itself is a vibe!

To start of, we ordered a Queso Blanco. This cheese dip is the best cheese I have ever had! The provide two different sizes- Small at $7.00 and Regular at $8.75.

The tortilla chips are also good!

It was my first time trying the Dixon Chicken Enchiladas. They come with lime rice and black beans, but I am not a huge fan of the beans so I always order two sides of lime rice. The lime rice is AHmazing! The enchiladas were good over all but I gave it an 7/10 just because it was too cheesy and it upset my stomach.

One of my friends ordered the grilled chicken tacos which comes with guacamole, pico de gallo, queso fresco, Mexican crema, and cilantro. The plate also comes with two sides- black beans and lime rice. She rates it a 10/10! I also rate this dish a 10/10, it is usually my go to.

My other friend ordered the Chicken and Roasted Poblano Quesadilla, which comes with grilled chicken, poblano peppers, onion, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream. She rates it an 8/10, and said it was pretty good! I honestly don’t think you can ever go wrong with a quesadilla.

I definitely recommend this food spot!
