as an ADHD-er and creative, i need ALL the routine, but also not too much or i'll get bored but also not too little or i'll spend 13 hours in a doom scroll hole. i loveeee having a "background" show on while i work, and knowing the characters, theme songs, and story lines all by heart somehow stimulates my brain just enough without distracting it. here's my list of fave emo support shows. they're a little unconventional maybe? but SOOO GOOD. do you have an emotional support show?
