As a busy college student who also works, sometimes my days are super fast paced and I feel like I have no time for the gym and I’m sure a lot of people feel this way too!
I’ve switched up my workout split a couple times and although o don’t hit chest anymore, I’m going to share the workout split I used to do when my semesters got hectic! I do 3 sets of 6-8 reps for every exercise!
