Staple protein sources in my house!

Some protein sources I love to keep in my house are:

- protein bagels (each bagel has 13g of protein and I love to make breakfast sandwiches with them)

- Kodiak pancakes (these have 15g of protein per serving and topping it off with cottage cheese and honey makes it even more protein packed!)

- tuna packets (these are great as a snack by itself or with crackers and you can even turn them into a whole meal by adding rice or making tuna sandwiches!)
